Why Will a Headache Diary Help?
As mentioned in Chapter 10 of A New Approach to Headache and Migraine…
"A detailed headache diary is a crucial step to getting a clear and accurate understanding of what’s happening with your headaches and gaining control over them, and it’s an invaluable resource for the medical professionals you choose to work with.
Keeping a diary can feel like an overwhelming task. It takes time and effort, and it requires you to think about pain and other unpleasant symptoms, probably when you feel least like doing it, but the benefits of keeping a diary far outweigh the time and effort required."
